CIS IT Systems Guide

About The Faculty of Science IT Team #

The Faculty of Science IT team are responsible for the CIS departmental desktop computing estate, labs, infrastructure/servers, networks and end user IT support. The team consists of a number of sub-teams including the IT Helpdesk (who provide end user support) and the Systems Operations team (who manage the servers and systems).

You can get help by emailing the team at science-it@strath.ac.uk. Providing a detailed description of your issue (including any error messages or screenshots) will greatly help the team in finding a solution for you.
