About CIS Systems Support #

The CIS Systems Support team are the local CIS IT team, responsible for the departmental desktop computing estate, labs, infrastructure/servers, networks and end user IT support. The team consists of:

• Ian Gordon, Head of Systems Support
• Dave Barker, Computer Officer
• Kenny Forte, Computer Officer
• Iain McCord, Technician

You can get help by emailing the team at cis-support@strath.ac.uk. Providing a detailed description of your issue (including any error messages or screenshots) will greatly help the team in finding a solution for you.

The team are based in LT1307 but may be working elsewhere in the department or working remotely, so we advise emailing in the first instance (after checking any appropriate documentation).
